Warranty

2-Year Electronics Warranty

All electronic products — lighting, chargers, controllers — are covered against manufacturing defects for two (2) years from the delivery date. We'll repair or replace the unit at no cost.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes faulty wiring, dead-on-arrival electronics, and non-functioning components out of the box.

What's Not Covered

Damage from improper installation, accidents, modifications, water damage beyond rated spec, or normal wear and tear.

How to Claim

Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the replacement process.
